Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is responsible for the development and management of the Operations departments of GEP Washington and GEP Baltimore.  The position oversees an operations team of approximately 10 staff in a variety of operational capacities.  The team is responsible for the seamless execution of all contracted programs, quick thinking problem solving and overall proactive management to ensure optimal client satisfaction, and driving future business opportunities.  

Product Development Manager
Develop logistically sound and creatively written program proposals. Ensuring each proposal is accurate and cost effective. Development and enhance vendor relationships and consistently look for new and creative ways to maintain our competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Operations Manager
To execute contracted programs with seamless execution, problem solving and overall management, producing optimal client satisfaction which, as a result, drives future business opportunities.  Programs range in size from 15 - 3,000 attendees and services provide include but are not limited to: Arrivals and departures, Tour programs, Dine-arounds, Hotel decor, Off-site venues (catering, lighting, floral decor, entertainment) and Shuttle systems.
